I ordered flowers for same day delivery, although later in the day I received a phone call saying due to. A problem they couldn’t be delivered until the next day. He did promise they would be delivered before 10am and they were. I later found out he’d actually rang the person they were going to first, so no surprise for her! The flowers were beautiful although some of the flowers started dying within 4 days :(

Great service and perfect flowers would definitely recommend.Perfect the flowers came on time as I asked if they could be delivered in the morning as the person they were for won’t be there after! They came before 9am and it was such a nice surprise for her, so thank you so much flowers and service was great, much appreciate i would definitely recommend.

Recipient was not in, found out later they were away, flowers on doorstep for a week! One idea would be to call the sender if leaving on the doorstep of the recipient, £50 spent and they probably went straight in the bin.Straight forward, website easy to use

Ordered same day flowers for a bereavement, by 4pm they hadn't been delivered so I checked on Google and their website for the flower shop I'd chosen said the business was closed. I rang the number provided and phone was answered by a lovely lady who explained they were definitely still in business but did not have a driver that day and flowers would be delivered by 9.30am the next morning, which they were. Flowers are beautiful and quick delivery next day, would have been 5stars apart from the little panic thinking they were closed and no contact from the business to say the flowers would be delivered the next day

I'm in Australia and needed flowers for someone in UK. Its always hard to know who to use and I hadn't heard of Direct2florist before. They were great. They had a local (to the UK person) florist listed. They were easy to use, delivered when they said and the flowers were great - looked even better than the picture on their website. Definitely recommend them.

Ordered a bright hand tied bouquet for next day delivery. Order arrived on time but the bouquet did not have the same mixture of flowers and colours that I had expected. I understand that different seasons mean different flowers available but I expected a similar mixture and level of colour.Delivered on time (next day delivery) but not the mixture of flowers and colours that I had expected from the photos. I understand that different flowers may come in and out of season but I had selected this bouquet for the colourful mixture and whilst it is nice it was a little disappointing as I had expected more colour

Unfortunately the name was spelt wrong. I was sent a picture of the flowers with the personal message and i could see that the name was spelt wrong so i went back and checked my instructions to see if it was my mistake and it wasn't . It wasn't even just one letter. On the other hand the flowers looked fresh and delivery was speedy. Shame about the spelling
